At SmartBug Media^®, we're proud to represent the best and the brightest minds in full-service digital marketing, thanks to our remote-first culture. Over the last 17 years, we've grown our team to nearly 300 subject matter experts from Montreal to Mexico City, New York to Nashville, Seattle to San Diego, and everywhere in between.

As a way to collectively recharge and reconnect, we gather as a company for several days of team building, skill strengthening, and team awards and accolades at a centrally located five-star hotel. In between scheduled activities, we leave plenty of room to relax and unwind with group events, team lunches, casual happy hours, and local sightseeing.

SmartBugapalooza isn't like other work events. It's a pull-out-all-the-stops, remember-til-you're-gray kind of experience that's all about making meaningful connections with teammates from all corners of the globe.
